We're going to the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago for the second edition of "Pizzeria Profiles". Spacca Napoli is a VPN certified pizzeria that upholds the Neapolitan traditions while developing topping combinations that push the envelope. As usual, I'm leaving my opinions on the pizza out of this, but I must point out I have never met an owner more passionate about pizza than Jonathan Goldsmith. His desire to please, whether it's through one of his three daily specials or an authentic Italian wine, is obvious and truly genuine.
