Let me share with you one of the websites I regularly stalk for updates. It's an online mini-series that "explores the gastronomic soul of the Italian Culture" and it's called Un'Americana in Italia. Follow Sky Dylan-Robbins as she tastes the best Italy has to offer. In this clip she gets VIP access to one of Italy's finest producers of Parmigiano Reggiano...this is me being jealous.
